Love the Saint!

This weekend on one of my little outings, we stopped at the beautiful garden and home of the famous American Reinaissance Sculptor Saint Gaudens.
Over 100 of his artworks can be seen in the galleries, from heroic public monuments to expressive portrait reliefs, and the gold coins which changed the look of American coinage.

Hanging out here on the lake………….
We love to go at least once a summer to swim and do some fishing (Which is not my thing whatsoever)  but  the boys can catch a dozen fish so easily and I can kick it in the [...]

One Person Can Change Your Life and You Will Never Be the Same!

Occasionally, you meet people who just change your life.  Yesterday, this woman from Rwanda changed ours. Fortieunee Bizimana’s life story, put mine into total perspective.  Her vision made me a better person, enhanced my faith.  Her trials led me to want to be better, exercise more gratitude and work harder.  Nothing is easy for her.  [...]

Hillary Turned 15!

It is hard to believe that I have a 15 year old now.  It is hard to believe that in a couple of years, I will have an adult.  It all goes by so fast!
Yesterday, this chick aged-up and we celebrated at the beach with perfect weather.  Hillary had been staying with her best [...]

Happily Ever After

So yesterday, I talked about trying to get it together with the younger kids and I did just that.  We kicked off the day with a visit to The Palace Theater for a performance of Cinderella.  It’s not London’s West End, and only an hour performance, but it did the job and entertained the kids. [...]
